It is not deducted from the bill. The 200 peso is an actual entrance fee. Apparently its normally 300 peso but they have reduced it to 200 peso in this current Covid situation. Adults and children are both 200 peso, 1 year old and below is free.

We drove down today whilst out in town to see if Port Royale Water Park was open again... didn't think it was yet.
There was only a handful of cars outside....but to our surprise the guard came out and said they were open!.... since Oct 1st apparently. Don't think the reopening has been publicized much.
I saw a lifeguard walking around through the entrance
Entry is P200 consumable.
Per person I guess.-

P200 consumable means that its 200 Peso to enter but it would be used against your bill, i.e. food and drinks. HOWEVER, having been to the Port Royale Water Park today I can confirm that the 200 Peso entrance fee is NOT consumable.
