Hmm, there seemed to be no confusion at the Philippine Bureau of Immigration office in Cebu. Straight forward and easy to deal with. They gave us a check list of every document that we needed for the citizenship. Which we had on us but we decided to hold off until she returns from the US to avoid confusion on exiting the country. My wife said it was much cheaper in Cebu compared to Manila (which I'm not really so sure of), and a LOT cheaper than going to a private company to assist. (I really don't get why they have those, if you go to the immigration office they have people waiting to help you with anything you need free of charge.) Extending the Visa and getting an exit Visa took less than an hour and cost about 1,200 php all together. Just sucks that Cebu is at least a 2 - 3 hour drive once you get off the boat.
