⌛ Robinson Mall in Dumaguete - Facts April 10 - 15:00

This is best exemplified, I guess, by Alabang Town Center. I have heard that the new wing of Robinsons Ermita called the "Midtown" is also nice.

Rockwell Power Plant Mall and Complex would be more like it. Yep, the former Manila Midtown has been converted into an extension of RP Ermita, housing the "high end" tenants. This wing is very similar to SM City Cebu's newly opened North Wing. Both house all high end tenants...well, classy yes, but expensive (you can actually get more out of your 1K from Tutuban Center Mall and the old wing of RP Ermita).

Before we can enjoy the opening of Robinsons Dumaguete (except of course for Yabs and Daffs ) this thread will have become the longest thread ever on Dumguete Info :D
Still yeeeeears to go :D but nevertheless every day several reactions.
I get warmed up .... .... but I'm not a real fan of malls either.
But I hope we will get it soon as I like another competitor for LP (and at the 'right' side of the town for me !). Less trafic trouble to get my hopefully better conserved stuff.

he is daffs. actually, he is a nice young man, once you get to know him...intelligent too.

 

hmmmmm.... without the intention of insulting anybody, but reading a lot of his stuff I (not only here) I am not that sure that somebody knows what he is talking about (and I don't mean Yabs) a lot of copy paste wild speculations and wrong facts...

Btw, Rhoody, this is the project that I am currently involved in, which i mentioned to you late last year - the Cebu Boardwalk. The developer is FF Cruz & Co., the mother umbrella company of Freyssinet Phils. who is currently doin the structurals for Robinsons Place Dumaguete. This part of the 101 ha. North Reclamation Area (NRA) in Mandaue City, reclaimed by FF Cruz.
