Going back to the topic now as I look at the picture it looks like there is only one foreigner allowed at a time. being privileged, that gonna be ME !!! not because of the fastfood, because of all the lovely sales-ladies...

sad enough that I will be 75 years by then, cause I sneaked inside the construction side this morning... hmmm I would not call it construction side, cause there was no construction going on. I did not see any progress

I didnt see any condo's on that plan for the Robinson's mall.

 

Well, some day the Robinsons Mall will be finished. they'll let Rhoody in as the only foreigner allowed at a time... we can shop in big department stores waited on by college educated sales staff where we can buy whatever crap goods it is we want without flying to manila to get it. hopefully, they'll be a big food court with multipe restaurants of crap food to purchase and eat like pizza, burgers, chinese food, etc. after that, we can walk around inside to exercise off what we just ate and enjoy the crap air conditioning that is keeping us cool. if we're lucking we can listen to crap music being played over the loudspeaker while were shopping. lets don't forget it will probably also have music stores to sell that crap music if we hear something we like. i'd like to see a band stand or stage where there can be shows held occassionally to entertain us or a ferris wheel where kids can go and have fun. that would be a crap good time huh? outside there will have to be alot of parking cus people will come from everywhere to shop there and will need to park their crap cars or ride in crap pedicabs.

all in all in; the new mall will be a crappin good time (except for a few who want to stand in the way of progress). well, lets keep our fingers crossed it will happen in our life time. if it wasn't for the crap construction company and crappy financing it would probably have been finished by now.

I have a friend that runs the S & R (used to be Price Smart) up here in Makati. We were talking the other day and he said that they are looking at building an S & R down in Cebu and or Dumaguete. I told him that would be a great idea!

S & R (old price Smart) is one of those warehouse malls where you can buy massive quantities at cheaper prices.

I think I will call him today to remind him of the great opportunity in Dumaguete. I already have a perfect spot too. Right on St A street next to the Sierra Armando Apts.

I will talk with my friends the Congresslady and the Mayor too. I want this to slide in nice and easy.

A big warehouse mall or giant concrete box! That will give Robinson's and SM some competition.

An S & R in Dumaguete would be great. I hope this will push through, and soon! I used to shop in a similar shop called Shopwise(?) in Alabang.
