⌛ San Carlos To Bacolod

thanks. It's a 500cc Yamaha tmax. My buddy did the ride on his 115cc suzuki hayati.

Road was fully paved, very nice and one of the better I've been on here in Negros. FAR worse roads to twin lakes, lake balanan and Sipalay.

Was the road bad in 2008???

 

Very nice bike! In '08, we did that trip in a Kia Carens CRDi. That was the start of the road destruction/construction from San Jose Town up to Bais City...and some other parts in Occidental (just minor stuff there). But the don benedicto road was great. We left at 5:30 am and got to Bacolod at past 10am, shopped at SM..and then started the trek back to dgte at 5pm. There was a nice straight section there (after the initial twisting climb), that was slightly incline..I was doing 145kmh while trailing a 2 stroke Dual Sport Bike. At first..I thought it was a DT 125, but I thought that it couldn't possibly be that fast..hehe. Could have been a KMX 125...or maybe the rider was just bad @ss... That was some trip. I want to do that trip again.
