Has anyone had any experience at the Check_Inn on Dr. V. Locsin St???

 

I stayed at check inn july 3 to 4 this year and i transfered from nicanor the night before..nicanor seemed more interior design but check inn was good enough to be worth the 850 piso a night where nicanor was 1050piso a night........My map shows that dumaguete is more south than some places in mindanao like surigao and the islands speckled north of surigao tip....Yet its an expat magnet...
