Thanks BAZ! Youre on! And don't worry, I'll pick up the second and third:D . Yes, the hospitality was great. From our business hosts to strangers on the street, people were friendly to us. It wasn't unexpected though, as in my previous experience found most Aussies to be friendly and cheerful when I have met up with one anywhere in the world. I hope to go back, this time for an extended vacation. Cheers!

Well, I'll shout the 4th, and the 5th, the sixth, etc...I've been trained by experts....Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We had a great time up in the US last year...Virginia and DC....people were really great and extremely friendly. Been to California, Colorado, Alaska and Hawaii, even Seattle...and always had a great time. I think it's great for Australians and Americans to travel back and forth and learn about each other. We're a long way apart, but a lot closer than we realize...

It's true. A great deal in common and the differences make for very interesting and occasionally humorous conversations.
Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! Oy! Oy! Oy!
