    Inside Silliman Library are the World Bank Library and the American Studies Resource Center which has complete references about the USA, including AV materials and some really interesting books, and couches too. Both the WB Library and the ASRC are open to the public. The rest can be accessed with some fees. You can ask the librarian about that.

    Silliman U. library

    No checkout privileges, last time I asked, going on 3 years ago.
    Dgte City Libarary, next to the fire station, checkout for part of the collection.

    Silliman Library: general public, with permission, may use the library for reference/reading but no check-out privileges.

    Dumagute Public Library: some sections are reference-only, others are check-out.
