    ...thats how I got the sweetness out from the middle... brought another one home just a few minutes ago... similar shape, just a little smaller but very sweet...

    :D Yeah, I knew pan de monay ever since i was a kid. My mother is from iloilo and it must have been originated from there. i think they named the bread after it literally:D ...for whatever reason why they even made it, i don't know...weird bakers, back then.:p
