you certainly don't step on my toes, I only tell you that a person registered with a business e-mail address of yours tried to spam here for your business. Whoever has the log-ins to your system, I don't know and care. It was certainly spam and I unaproved right away.

I believe it is understandable that a 1-liner as a first post from the same business e-mail domain will be taken with care.

You may have a thankless job some days but you do it well. Ferreting out the bullshit from the good sh*t can be hard I appreciate that you keep the DIF clean enough to have some level of creditably, as the good information posted here can really be helpful in making the transition to living here in Dumaguete, particularly when the information is useful.

This is Imp, Dave is sleeping and I got onto the computer without him knowing... will he ever be pissed when he finds out he bought you a beer (through in a pack of cigerettes too)... lazy old man as he is...hahahaha

 

Just as exactly what my husband thought, his a fan of moon cafe too with their mexican baby back ribs and we like the steak casablanca and we thought it was the best steak in town. Might try the one in tierra alta, its only a few minutes away from our house.

 

I have to echo other's comments about Mooon Cafe. Haven't had a bad steak there, yet, and I have had several. Even the beef tips with gravy is very good! It was quite funny, though, one time when I asked to substitute the rice with mashed potatoes, the waitress asked me "WHY??" I replied, "because mashed potatoes is what is SUPPOSED to be served with beef tips and gravy!"

 

rice is potatoes for foreigners :-). She probably didnt know.

 

Four of us had dinner at COCO AMIGOS and all of us enjoyed their meal, I had the imported steak( 390peso )
it was as good if not better that any i have had here .One of our guests was from CEBU and stated it was the best meal he had eaten in a long time . Ill go back

I think what you meant to say was "rice is for Filipinos, as potatoes are for foreigners".....as rice is not MY potatoes!! You are right, she totally didn't understand why in the world I would rather have ANYTHING other than rice!! Just makes no sense to them!!

 

Yes sorry, I was being lazy. But if you tell them the reason behind it that as a foreigner you prefer potatoes over rice and if you do that, the next time you come in the shop they might remember YOUR potatoes. The trick worked for my husband and never had a problem :-).
