    I would also like to see what hot air I have sprouted?
    I think yuo need to llok at your own brain mate first
    If they have problems building this on soft low lying ground and have problems with the foundations how on earth are they going to provide for adequate sewage control?

    Everythinh I have stated is FACT not heresay.
    FACT: there is not one waste water treatmnet plant in the Philippines
    to deal with general sewage etc.
    FACT: pollution and runoff is in amounts is in direct correlation to
    amount of urbanisation.
    FACT: sea round the big cities such as Cebu and manilla is the most polluted (would you swim in manill bay?) with ECOLI

    your pearl of wisdom :these environmental controls come hand in hand with development. maybe in Germany they do mate but wake up
    THIS IS NOT GERMANY AND NEVER WILL BE
    If yuo can name one example in SOUTH EAST ASIA where urbanisation and mall buidling have come hand in hand with environmental protection
    then you will have a point. Until that time (maybe 2500 AD)
    I think we can all see who is full of hot air here

    it is your hot air, as you do nothing at all against it, only complaining... and bla bla, no action... oops I forgot your 2 mails. you wanna discuss (producing more hot air). You fit well into Asia, as everybody is discussing and nobody is doing something.

    BTW, that is a lie, as you don't discuss. you ignore arguments and turn things around untill they fit you. Example...I never said environmental control comes hand in hand with development, read again what I said and don't turn things around until they fit you... but as you are too lazy for that I will repeat...

    "things like that are called development and they have to go hand in hand..."

    all suggestions what you could do are ignored (even alone), I know what I do to help and protect the environment and people in the Dumaguete Area.

    Just to summise though
    It has already been said by daffs very well along with dgtrunner that oncve the big boys come then all that matters is money and the environment and people come last.
    Robinsons would set the ball rolling and then its countdown to enviromental doomsday for Dumaguete.
    So to disprove your point about development and the environment
    Corruption is the key word here and since when have corrupt people protected the envt?
    trust me Robinsons in the wetland area will be very bad for everyone
    Small non chinese owned developments where limted money is involved is the only way to go in this part of the world
