    ... is unreal expensive. there are about 3-5 serious webmaster boards where you get everything you want for a realistic price. Sadly most offers there are not from the Philippines, but better quality and priced than anything I saw here. Even for projects about the Philippines IT's from surrounding counrties do a way more reliable job... what a shame :(

    depending what services you are looking for AND how good you can read between the lines. netbuilders is one of the best I use to get professional advices and services, digital point is nice if you take and have the time to filter the spam out, warriorforum has some pretty cool stuff on it, blackhat is on the edge now to get overrun by useless stuff like DP before but still has some jewels on it.

    then there are some you only have access when a member invites you.
