⌛ Trip to Dumaguete

Hi all,
We will be coming to Dumaguete on Feb. 11-17, to hopefully find a house to buy or at least rent. Not much lined up, I want to look at the Citihomes subdivision, and there is a house in Sibulan we will look at...it is on some land with mango and banana trees, just not sure how far into Sibulan and far away from Dumaguete City it actually is. I hope we can find some other homes to look at while we are there. We will probably be staying at the Nicanor again, we were very pleased with that hotel the last time we were there. Hubby doesn't want to be too far away from downtown. Anyway, if anyone knows of any houses we might be interested in....bungalow with at least 3 bedrooms, not too old or run down, not too, too far from Dumaguete City, and in a nice, safe area....let me know.
