    Butitor's warning may have an unintended truth to it. Law enforcement official may be prejudicially targeting foreigner in the "selective" enforcement of this law. I'm sure you know what I mean by "selective". They will not arrest a 40 year old trike jockey cavorting with a 16year old. That's lot's of paperwork but no reward... Just my two cents.

    Butitor's warning might be true in general, but a 16 year old Flipina looks like a 12-13 year old kid and behaves like a 10 year old. So in that particular case (knowing also the 2 girls the OP was talking about), I am not sure what side I take.

    sounds for me a bit unusual that the 2 week tourist transfers any kind of STD to streetbirds who earn their daily and nightly income in the horizontal way, promoting their physical attendance during daytime to each fisherman in Looc who has some shabu left, what they need to make them happy for their night-foreigner hunt ..
