⌛ US Debt-Clock (It's scary!)

Yeah, trusting the politicians that spent all the money, with trying to solve the problem is a bit like the hen house and fox thing.

They have enslaved my and your children and grandchildren and now they want more money to spend on their programs.

Actually money will still be coming in, in the form of taxes, the question is who will be paid, bet the pols get their paycheck.

The AAA rating of the US GOVERNMENT will go down anyway according to Moody's unless the spending is cut drastically within three months. Also S & P has also said the same, the rating will be cut regardless of the debt cap if the spending is not curtailed drastically in the next months.

The dollar was at parity with the Euro about 3 yrs ago, now it is close to 1.4, as well as losing ground to other currencies.

I wish I knew what the answer was but my only thought is for honest politicians which is kinda like wishing upon a star.

 

The last time a thread like this ran Rudy put a post that the is NO POLITICAL THREADS and closed the thread.

there is a huge difference between a kind of general informative discussion with facts about a worldwide financial issue and stupid posts like "XYZ is a "(random name-calling)", let's vote for ABC ..."

"enslaved children" is certianly a FACT.

Of course this is a private website and i respect that you pick and choose what is allowed. thats cool, i enjoy the discussions. its good info as well. love it all!

 

well Kevin, slavery is sadly a fact in many countries (in financial and also physical way), while your repeatedly name-calling of politicians/persons is rather pointless and won't be given a platform here.

Thanks to other members, this thread is without bashing in any specific direction and a interesting rather neutral discussion. If it turns it's gone.

BTW, posts/threads unapproved does not mean they are deleted, they are just invisible for members....

People need to know the history of fiat currencies and how central banks operate to understand what's happening now.

The stuff on CNN is just political theater. It's just meaningless horsepucky.

 

I feel there is a conspiracy theory coming. The real drama is the politicians standing up crying that millionaires need a tax break and will go out and hire people to mow their lawns or wash some of their dozens of cars if you allow them to keep their tax breaks while grandma who does deserve a tax cut gets benefits cut instead. Makes me want to cry they are so dramatic yet unbelievable.

So tell us, what is happening with the fiat currency and central bankers?
