Sounds like he did not think or bother to get a web cam. Note to you potential internet daters: Insist on your fiance going to an internet cafe with a web cam. I don't think there are any left that do not provide them. You may still get scammed but you at least should learn who you are really dealing with. I don't understand how this girl was able to avoid that and get so far. Allen was certainly not thinking with his brain.
