Hi all.
Im new here.
I have been reading about Dumaguete and are comming in about two month, to find out if it is something for me.
If i like it, and im pretty sure that I will , then Ill settel down and hopefully buy a house there.
Can anyone tell me if I should rent a house before I leave or just wait till I get there, and is it easy to find something fully furnitured for rent.

I think the most important part of your post is this...

If you are not sure you will like it, you probably shouldn't nail yourself down with rent before you even get there.

I will be there in a month (hopefully.) I'm just going to get a room somewhere and figure it out when I get there. I'm sure there are hotels which would give deals for long stay if needed.

Even in England there are some ungentle people while the majority is fantastic (to my own observation ).

Heyyyy im new here, i was in dumaguete last year when i was on the US Navy Ship that pulled in. i had alot of fun in dumaguete and made some friends, which was easy to do because dumaguete is a friendly place. I would love to hear more from you all in the US Navy in Dumaguete forum about our visit. i plan on visiting again. please join the conversation about our visit.
