Why Not has a good house brand that they sell by the bag, and Cafe Antonios has good beans too. Ask for their Archipelago Blend.
For anyone that doesn't know, Cafe Antonios is behind Don Atilanos.

To replace what was my daily Starbuck's triple grande nonfat latte, here I have settled for a semi-brewed Nescafe Gold.
2 heaping table spoons Gold.
Stir about 10 min
Add about an ounce of Nestle low fat milk
Stir another 10 min
Drink and enjoy for another 10 min.
What away to start the day. When Starbucks opens soon in downtown Bacong, I will probably go back to the triple.

Since you brought that up, I'd love to try Kopi luwak someday.
I've read that the digestive process leaves the beans with a delicious, non-bitter deep earthy flavor.
