⌛ What is the Weather for July? Hot?

I'm not a travel expert plus everyone has different interests. If you're interested in seeing the usual sites from Manila to Batangas on the way to your boat then maybe..

1. Buy a travel guide. My favorite travel guide for the Philippines is Jens Peters' Philippines Travel Guide. Jens left Lonely Planet and their Philippines guide has suffered for it.

2. Take a stroll around Manila Bay. See Rizal Park or take a calisa ride down Roxas Boulevard. There are many shops and restaurants along the way.

3. Visit the ruins at Intramuros for it's historical value. Manila has made a couple of attempts to make it more attractive for tourists but don't expect too much.

4. Go to The Mall of Asia in Pasay City. This is the third largest mall in the world just completed a few years ago.

5. Visit Tagaytay. There are pineapple farms, corn fields, lots of produce, fresh pies and sweet corn sold along the highway. There are viewpoints to see the Taal volcano and Taal Lake.

6. Batangas has some decent beaches to visit. There is a fair amount of diving and snorkeling there has well.

This forum has a lot of information about staying safe as a tourist. There is also a great deal of information in the Internet about safe travel. Read it, understand it, and practice it. Most Filipinos are very nice but no matter where you go in the world there are criminals. Be smart, be safe, but have fun!
