⌛ Where i can find good dye in dumaguete city?

i'm filipino with dark hair, i've dyd it twice so far, and now it's redish yellow.
how can i make it platinum blond?

 

I hope there is a styling salon you can go to. You might go there once to have it done and learn the secret. I'm sure you know that bleaching your hair can be very damaging for it. Good luck with the quest to be blond. Robert K

 

Cess2591, To go from black to blonde, I think you need to bleach your hair, not dye it.

Isn't there a peroxide hair bleach somewhere available?
