you know you're in Dumaguete if: it's always the fault of the driver even if pedestrians get run over when he's miles away from the pedstrian's lane. CERES bus drivers who run over pedestrians would either escape and become a rebel or finish you off permanently and go to jail (a.k.a. paying for your burial is cheaper than paying for your medical bills). NO PARKING means It's OK if you're a local and if the driver is waiting in the vehicle with hazard lights on. NO PARKING means I will write you a ticket immediately if you don't look like a rich local and/or if you don't have connections. CHECKPOINTS are meant only for motorcycles, public vehicles and smoke-belchers. Cars and other expensive private vehicles exempted.
you know you are in Dumaguete if... ... the copy, paste and print-function of a computer is enough to get good scores in all your school-projects from grad one until you finished University.
... and the same function makes you the top-poster on this board with more than 1000 posts, even you have nothing to say, just copy some links...
... gotta quote my own post.... Just found the appropriate keyboard for Schools and Netcafe... no irritating small letters or numbers ...:p
Someone mentioned that if you have a P500 note no one can change it in dgte?? I have never heard of that and I have been going to dgte since the mid 80's and not once have I come across this, so maybe if someone says they cannot change it they really mean can I keep the change? lol nice try!
