Blue Led Programmable Scrolling Sign

I have a really cool completely programmable scrolling sign that allows you to make whatever text you want scroll, blink, whatever across utilizing BLUE LED Lights. The only problem is I can not find the installation CD with the software to program the sign however I am certain you can find it online, or it may be around the house somewhere.

It is practically new, has a loose chain for hanging, even has the protective plastic cover over the display, works 100%. Wife and I originally bought it from the U.S. for our Sari Sari store here in the Philippines but since we no longer have a Sari Store the sign is basically useless.

I was asking P5k for it, but will take less since I can’t find the installation CD at the moment.
